It's Workout Wednesday . . . so this mini-challenge comes this way to help you make it through the week. You are halfway there . . . so let's get through the week together.
Wednesday Workout Challenge
Select from one of the following fitness activities based on where you are when you read this message . . . then keep doing it at least once an hour until you pass this challenge on to two . . . TWO other Salt Lake Sparker Members.
1- If you are sitting at your desk ---pick up two heavy books (one in each hand) and raise them to the full extension of your arms overhead . . . don't drop them on your head! Lower to your shoulders and repeat 9 more times.
2-If you are home . . . take a break from the computer and go for a 10 minute walk.
3-Complete a SparkPeople Fitness Video.
Remember you need to select one of the above and after completing it pass copy and paste this mini challenge on to two more members of the SparkSalt Lake City Team members. If you don't then you need to keep doing this until you do!
