In sum: I skate for my local rollerderby league. I am a divorced mother of a kindergardener. I work at a fairly stressful job. I joined Sparkpeople to add some accountability to my fitness goals. After losing nearly 60 pounds in 2005, I now strive to remain consistently physically active rather simply maintaining my weight. My Goals:
Better flexibility. Improved reaction time on the track. Better endurance.
My Program:
Consistent cardio workouts. Between 1-3 high-intensity skate practices each week. Strength training 3 days a week. Pilates/yoga at least once a week.
