So... many moons ago, ok in 2011, I lost about 50 pounds. I started at about 180, and I ended at about 125-130 (depends on the day, as this fluctuates a bit). Currently I sit somewhere in the 135 range, which is mostly OK, but is a little bit over where I prefer. I can tell the difference in how I feel at 130 vs 135, and I'm unhappy with how my body feels at 135, so I find myself getting back to tracking my meals since that is what works for me. I never had success with fad diets or pills. What works is counting the calories and doing the work. I am consistent with working out, that's never really been a problem. In fact, there's been times where perhaps working out became something of an obsession, and I've backed that down to a once daily activity (not counting a short walk with the dogs in the mornings), and I'm OK with that. But in general, I'm mostly maintaining my healthy weight. I wouldn't get scolded at the doctor's office at this weight (that has happened before!), but I just know how my body feels at the "right" weight, and this isn't it! So... here's to scraping those 5 pounds back off and putting some focus and intentionality back into my food choices!

I highly recommend her workouts, and they were my main exercises for the bulk of my weight-loss endeavors.
