I'll keep my eye out for you on Wednesdays. A tip for your mom if she starts on the elliptical. Start pedaling, keep hitting enter until it shows "manual." Enter manual, then you enter the time you want to stay on. It then waits for you to enter your weight & age. Once that is entered, I suggest hitting the cross-ramp button until it goes to number 1 and also put the resistance down to 1. This is the level I work at and is the easiest to build up from. It is harder than it looks. She may have to build up her time gradually, depending on what shape she is in. Hope this helps!
Hi, I used to do the water aerobics all the time. Haven't gotten back into it since I returned to Baltimore. Mostly I have been concentrating on some strength training and the elliptical trainer.
I try going on Tuesdays , Thursdays and Saturdays for my full workout since it seems to be a bit less crowded. I do the elliptical Mon thru Sat. Haven't gotten into a set time yet.
If your mom goes to water aerobics, she needs some water weights on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Tuesdays and Thursdays classes are without the water weights. The water weights look like blue dumbells and are made for the water. Any sport store carries them. I think Walmart has them too.
