I've seen the future and I want to change it!
I'm 37 years old and I need to loose 32lbs to be at my ideal healthy weight. My mother is very overweight and I can see that easily happening to me. What really got me started on Spark was seeing my 33 year old brother, who is VERY overweight, huffing and puffing when we took his two young sons out for a walk. If I'm not careful that could be ME!
