I want a certain future

Hi SparkPeople I'm so excited to get remotivated. I hope that my actions show someone else that you TOO can do this. Weight is and has been a silent problems in the lives of many and I'm here to prove that I can overcome it. I have PCOS so this will be a little bit more harder for me but I'm determined to overcome this.

Update: Wow so alot has changed!!! I no longer have cyst on my ovaries!!! No more PCOS!! Thank you Jesus. I do however still have diabetes and I'm severly anemic; ...

I have PCOS so this will be a little bit more harder for me but I'm determined to overcome this.

I do however still have diabetes and I'm severly anemic; the diabetes actually comes from the anemia. My current weight is 235-240. Since August 14th, 2014 I'm had the most consistency with working out. 4 days a week at the very least. 1 hour max. I've been toning and doing cardio at the same time. I've lost inches; about half a pant size. I'm back at it. This time it's different.

I'm newly married as of May 3rd, 2014. Quite naturally we desire a child in due time. My weight is preventing this. My doctors have informed me that having a baby right now would be a MAJOR risk. :( I'm determined to do what I need to do to have a healthy baby. My husband is over weight as well!!! I'm attempting to adapt my newly healthy lifestyle in his schedule. It's a battle but I'm determined to save my family's life; and make a life at the same time.

My Goals:
Long term goals: I would love to be able to walk on a beach with a two-piece bathing suit, without being subconcious about my body. My next vacation will be in the summer of 2014 and I would like to be able to at least either accomplish this goal or be close to it.

Short Term goals: I would like to loose 50-100 pounds to put me out of the morbidly obese column.

Daily goals: I would like to drink more water, excersize daily, eat more fruit and veggies and come to terms with taking my diabetic meds.

My Program:
I'm learning to be discipline on a daily basis. So far I've been sticking with tabeo and doing ab work. I'm trying to tone while I'm loosing. I walk at every chance I get.

Hi Rae, it would be awesome to have you as my accountability partner. Losing weight has always been really difficult for me but i am ready to fully commit to my diet. Hopefully we can both be beach ready by summer 2013 :)
