Motivation for me seemed to come from many places. I have a co-worker that is one of those people that eats all the time and never gain. Looks great all the time. Well she is a runner. She was talking about how many calories she had to eat to maintain her weight when she was running.
Then I have a friend that lost over 100 pound... she is now a runner.
Okay I like to eat. So putting 2 and 2 together if I become even a part time runner I can enjoy some of the food that I love to eat.
I am going really slow. Hope to get where I can jog a mile by spring... 2013 days ago
