Yes. Time for a change because what I was doing wasn't working! So, somehow last year, I ran across sparkpeople and for almost a year of logging on and doing a little tracking I've been able to maintain my weight for the entire last year. Not a calorie gained over the holiday! But, now it's time to do more. I've struggled with my weight. I'm not sure why. I guess that's still a missing piece for me on this journey. Was it that I was made fun of before I was fat? (my brothers always called me fat - even when I wasn't!), or am I afraid of success at that level, am I board, depreseed, who knows? But that's why I'm on this journey! What I do know is; I want more, in fact, much more! I want to live a healthy life and feel great! I want to be strong. In fact I want to be a bad-@ss! LOL! And, in my quest for honesty; being fat hurts! It hurts everywhere; the knees, ankles, back and mostly your heart and soul. My solution: Time to get serious. So, I am overweight and I do need to do something about it. And that started the day I wrote this. I will leave this as my first post because I don't want to forget how bad it feels to be so ashamed of yourself, to feel hopeless, to be in denial and get my feelings hurt by unsuspecting strangers and clients. So, here it is, honest and real and the start of something that will change my life forever!

So, I work a TON of hours during tax time ... more than most but I told myself 10 minutes of fitness a day (during the season) and more over the weekends when I have time. So far, so good!

My Goals:
I started this journey saying that I would make health a focus and eat better foods and get moving. I didn't have outrageous goals - I work 70 hours a week, so I was happy with 10 mins a day.

Somewhere along the journey I began to like the way my body felt with exercise so I enjoy long workouts about 3 to 4 days a week with shorter workouts on my off-days. I am happy with this until my work schedule changes.

My Program:
Newest Goals:

1lb or 1 inch a week! I'll take either!

Get from OBESE To OVERWEIGHT .... (202) before my Birthday on 10/20/2011.

My plan of attach:
- Exercise DAILY.
- M & F: 60 to 120 minutes of water aerobics - love that
- T, W, Thurs: Walk or Run 30 to 60 minutes.
- Weekends: Hike, Bike, Jog, Walk, get and stay active!
- Strength Train: Kettle-belling 2 x a week, Weights, 30 day shred, etc.

Persons born on the Libra-Scorpio cusp can be very critical. They may be in demand when an honest critique is needed, as they often hold nothing back. Likewise, they may be avoided
for their scalding tongue. They may mistrust their intuition. While they are usually coolly objective on any subject, they can also be a bit wild. Once they are committed to a course of action, they will most likely see it through to completion no matter how difficult it may get.
Libra-Scorpio may have some conflicts between what they know intellectually and emotionally. They are charming and attractive, despite their potential detachment.
They need to learn to relax and have some fun. Libra-Scorpio needs to keep themselves open to unusual experiences. If they persist against the odds and don't run away, they can be leave their past behind and embrace whatever is to come. While it is easy for them to be cynical and sarcastic, this attitude can hurt them immensely.
