Rae's spot - making a change for myself.

I have to get out of this rut. Been fat all my life. I'm Tired. My back hurts ALL THE TIME. Doctors won't even listen if you are over weight. I have lost 25 pounds since last October, but hit a plateau. I still have 85 to go. My first Gran daughter was born Feb. 2 - and I am only 45 years old!! (from my step daughter) I want to be healthy and happy and pain free.

Hi LookN~ - well when I went to track the exercise there was no YOGA. I searched the community boards and found where most people say it doesn't get your heart rate up so it really doesn't count. Some suggested counting "power yoga" for 10 minutes. So I put that on my log- but I guess it really didn't get my heart rate up. Thanks for adding me as a friend- I will add you as well! emoticon
