It's transformation time, yo!

I'm psyched to really start my weight loss journey with you guys, but my past always seems to drag me down. I'm trying to shake off the shame and hopelessness I feel regarding my diet, and instead look to the future, to who I know I can be. I want full body euphoria/confidence, and I won't stop till I get it. Can't wait to love the skin I'm in, and stop the worrying and stressing and self-doubting malarkey. So here it goes!

My Goals:
-Lose 25 lbs.!
-Fit into a size 4!
-Figure out how to stay healthy and accountable in college.

My Program:
-Goin' nutritarian! Eat primarily fruits, veggies, beans, and nuts to flood my system with nutrients. Reject the empty, nasty calories in crackers, chips, cereal, etc.
-Strength train 2X week.
-Insanity, hike, bike, elliptical, or jump rope other five days, for at least 30 min per day.
