I read your posts about your frustration and I can SO TOTALLY relate. I've also been working really hard over the past two weeks without a drop in the scale. I eat right and when I'm supposed to, I drink 3L of water every day, I work out like a nut etc. But the scale denies me.
However, I measured my waist this morning and I've dropped 2cm's! I would suggest you measure your body rather than weigh for a week or two because our body shape and size might change, even when our weight does not.
