I just want to be better... with out so much butter.
Hey!! I'm new to this whole spark people thing... I'm not really sure about everything here. All I know is that I have to change... some way some how. I can't go on with my extra weight and I want to do what I can to get it off. Any and all advice is welcome. I want to embrace as many people who are on the same journey I am as I can. Hope that you are doing well with your journey. I've got my walking shoes on so lets hit the road! ;)

My Goals:
I want to lose 80 lbs. OR what ever brings me down the the pants size I want to wear. I have about 4 sizes to lose.
My Program:
I have to get at least 30 minutes of Cardio in at least 3 times a week. I really want to try and go every day. I've got a gym membership. It's using it on the regular basis that will actually help.
