Ideally, I would like to lose another 20 pounds. However, I will be happy to have an increased energy level. Keep up with my family. Consistently fit well in my size 8 clothing. Get more time for myself.
I will not beat myself up if I do not achieve my goals in the desired timeline. I will continue on with each day as a new beginning. I will keep my eye on the final prize but aim for smaller goals along the way. Remain confident. Have fun. Have no regrets. Keep looking forward.
I love to read, go to the theatre and travel abroad.
