II have always wanted to be healthy and to be happy when I look in the mirror, get dressed up, or going swimming (which I currently don't do because I don't like the way I look in a swim suit! Although I REALLY do LOVE swimming!)

ALSO....I don't want to be someone whos body breaks down on them when they get old. I eat healthy, wear sunscreen, etc....so why not condition my body for my elder years NOW!

Fitness Minutes: 152

My Goals:
1.) to be able to walk without looking in the reflection and seeing my butt bouncing. **GOAL REACHED!**

2.) to be able to hike without having to stop a million times **almost reached**

3.) to be able to see pictures of myself and not say "eww" **goal reached!**


My Program:
getting active every chance I get!

I work out 3 times a week for cardio and do strength training 3 times a week.

(I also take bellydance classes every wednesday)

If I have time I will do more exercise...I live right next to Wachusett Mountain and a state park reservation so there are plenty of opportunities to get out!



Personal Information:
I live in central Massachusetts and work in New Hampshire. I commute an hour to work, so I lose that time for exercising but I have to stop making excuses!

    Hey there!

    NO! There was just so much going on, between moving and the divorce. I lucked out and lost "stress" weight.. lol. I've been walking off and on all summer, now just need to get back into the habit of it! I still need to get new pictures up. So what have you been up to!?

    LOL.. Yeah.. I did good on New Years night, it was the day that killed me! I had frosting I had to use up so I made a cake.. usually I can leave that stuff alone.. but nope! It called to me.. It said... eat me.. with a cup of coffee.. Go figure!! But so far the scale isn't out of whack!
