My Goals:
I have set my goals out in step since I think small goals would be easier to stay motivated for. 1) weigh 180 lbs by July 15th 2012 Done 7-12 2012 2) weigh 175 lbs by August 1 2012 Done August 1 2012 3) weigh 170 lbs by August 28 2012 4) Buy new scrubs 5) weigh 165 lbs 6) wear the same size jeans I wore in high school 7) be able to wear a bikini again and feel good about it
My Program:
I am trying to stick to eating between 1200 -1550 calorie everyday. I try to do Zumba for at least one hour and tone exercises for 30 min a day with a break on Sunday. I would love to add an hour long run everyday and has some, but find it hard to get up at 4:30 AM
