Why am I here?

To get back on track.

Twice since 2006 I have lost and gained back 30+ lbs TWICE!

Hopefully this will be my third and FINAL time to lose it....PERMANENTLY.

When I pay attention to what I put in my mouth, make mindful choices, resist giving in to the lazy, emotional choices AND exercise regularly, I can lose and mantain my weight.

That does not seem to happen if I stop tracking everything in SparkPeople. SparkPeople please work your magic ...

My Goals:
1) Get back to a "Normal" BMI.

2) Establish and maintain a regular exercise program (no more then 3 days without some sort of exercise.)

3) Healthy/Happy Living

My Program:
Big Aspirations hopefully will yield BIG results.

- Stay Under 1500 calories a day
- Stay Under 2300mg salt a day
- Stay away from Soda
- Eat HEALTHY
- Exercise either cardio/strength 4 days a week for at least 30 minutes

Milestones every 5 lbs
Start 1/1/13 -167 lbs

Other Information:
Love nature in all her various outfits, music, furry faces, food, family, reading, travel and exploring new concepts, places and recipes.
