This is my benchmark workout. I do it every month or so for time to mark my progress:

-20 GR Push-Ups

My Goals:
1. Do a pull up.
2. Do 25 push-ups without rest.
3. Do 100 push-ups in one day.
4.Go on a half-day hike.
5.Go on a full-day hike.
6.Go on an overnight hike.





My Program:
I am consuming between 1500 and 1800 calories a day, more or less.

I am eating clean, no processed food. I try to keep added sugar to less than 30g a day. Some days I am more successful than others!

Thanks for the blog comment. Yes, it's better to have different plan for fasting and non-fasting days - I still want to be active though less intensity during fasting month Ramadhan :D

So nice to see your post on my blog today. Hope all is well with you. I love the sunshine, just not so much all the heat that is going with it! On the plus side...I'm not shoveling snow and this heat wave won't last for long. We are supposed to get thunderstorms yet this week.
