Dance Like No One is Watching!

It has been an amazing year. June 2012, I married my best friend. December 2012, we bought a house. April 2013, picked out a puppy and conceived a baby. I'm due January 2014.

During my pregnancy, my goal is to maintain my current weight. Nothing has changed in my healthy diet or exercise routine. Well, maybe less jumping!

Not only do I want to lose weight, I want to create a new lifestyle and attitude towards food & fitness for myself and my husband. And now our baby!

My Program:
1. Add veggies to every meal.

2. Watch portion sizes.

3. Get a minimum of 30 minutes of fitness at least 5 days a week.

4. Strength train 3 days a week.

5. Get at least 8 cups of water everyday AND track it.

6. Follow a schedule.

7. Eat healthy, infrequent snacks.
