Today is the day.


I have been in a constant struggle with my weight in the last year. I have no excuses, and I am changing it starting Jan 2nd, 2013. My goal is to lose 6lbs per month throughout the year. At that time I will reevaluate and plan new goals. My plan is to work out 6 days a week 3 days with weight and jogging, and 3 days light cardio, workout sessions should be at least 45 mins 5 of the days, allowing for one busy day with a 30 min workout and one day of rest for the week. I have been in a constant struggle with my weight in the last year. I have no excuses, and I am changing it starting Jan 2nd, 2013. My goal is to lose 6lbs per month throughout the year. At that time I will reevaluate and plan new goals. My plan is to work out 6 days a week 3 days with weight and jogging, and 3 days light cardio, workout sessions should be at least 45 mins 5 of the days, allowing for one busy day with a 30 min workout and one day of rest for the week. (since it is January and the gym is packed, I will start with my day of rest being on Mondays. As that is my longest day of work an the busiest day of the week at the gym.

I will also keep updating my progress and tracking my food staying within the recommended allowances for my goal. Food tracking will be done everyday, with a couple days a month allowed for cheat days or special occasions where staying within limit just isn't possible. No more then 2 over calorie days per month. This should be relatively easy to do as I am allowed up to 2000 calories at this time.

My Goals:
My first goal is to lose 10 lbs before my birthday.
My second goal is to eat healthy and exercise, because I know this makes me feel better about myself and look better.
My third goal is to have positive thought.

My Program:
I am going to eat healthy and watch portions.

I am going to exercise 3-5 days a week.

On nice days even after I have went to the gym, I am going to go for a walk or a bike ride with my boyfriend.

Glad to hear you are feeling so wonderful.
I am trying to keep myself accountable and hoping to keep my weight stable over the holidays at least.
I must drink a lot more water which always helps.
