Hi Rachel Back to Spark! I too have been away for quite some time but getting back on the horse now, as they say.
Working Night shift isn't easy, I know -- been doing it in SF for almost a decade. Making time to take care of ourselves is one of the most important things we can do to stay strong (and not let the disruption to our circadian rhythm mess up our bodies & minds too much...)
for having the willpower and dedication to exercise after working a night shift!
