My Goals:
To make sure I walk the walk as I talk the talk. As well as ensure I continue living a healthy lifestyle.

My Program:
I'm eating a balanced diet full of nutrient rich foods and tons of water. I have cut back on the amount of sugars and have increased the amount of cardio I am doing on a weekly basis.

Personal Information:
I own a Ladies Workout Express in Tucson and absolutely love being in the health and fitness industry! I'm also a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I found fitness only about 6 years ago and realized it was my true passion in life. I truly enjoy helping women learn to help themselves!

im gonna start strength training next week. I just started working out again over a month ago and wanted to get used to working out again. i've been doing a lot of cardio to get my body into the grove and am about to incorporate weight training. Thank you for your input in my blog emoticon

Thanks for your support and input on my blog today. Best of luck with meeting your goals too. I'm in the maintenance part of my program (wouldn't mind losing another 5 pounds if possible) which is sometimes just as hard as losing weight. Take care and best wishes with your health club. What a great way to stay in shape!
