This is my third try with this..but this time a have a job in a health food store, so that's more motivation to lose weight so people listen to me! And I have access to healthy tools..as far as supplementation and nutrition.
And as before, I couldn't think of a good screen name that wasn't taken, so it is Rachel (that's me) Sabra (that's me middle name). NOT Rachel's a bra.
Okay. That's really all I've got.
Since I am 5'1 and 1/2, I would like to be little all over...well, not ALL over, but most places. My healthy weight range is like 105-130 or so, and I would like to be right in the middle of that, please!
Cardio every day at least thirty minutes, and strength training most days. I'm currently doing the SparkPeople 28 Day Bootcamp videos twice a day.
I am 28 years old..I live in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Georgia and love it..and I work at a health food/supplement store. It is embarassing when people ask me for weight loss products
What else...musically I like folk/bluegrass type stuff, mixed in equal measure with electro/funkish business.. but I enjoy most kinds of music.
Bookwise I love to read Neil Gaiman, Chuck Palahniuk, Vonnegut, Clive Barker (so much), John Irving, lots of stuff. I think I've read every Stephen King/Richard Bachman book, but I like his earlier stuff better. Although I'm listeing to Under The Dome on my drive to work now and I like it as much as any of his work!
