My Goals:
My goal is to feel more confident and attractive (especially to my wonderful awesome husband). I also want to be able to look in the mirror and not loath what I see.

My Program:
To meet my goal i try to track everything I eat and exercise 4 times a week. I'm also training for a 1/2 marathon on April 17th. This has helped SOO much with my self esteem. I love the freedom of running and the feeling when I'm all done with a long run (which I do every saturday).
