Yeah, sounds good. My problem is I eat cereal for breakfast and a lean pocket for lunch. Then I come home and usually have a serving or 2 of carbs when I get home.
I'm thinking what I need to do is track my food and exercise on caloriesperhour and report that to you every day. That's how I got motivated last time. That way if I want to eat ice cream, I need to exercise and burn enough calories to compensate for it. 1957 days ago
