I am looking to loose weight and hoping that this will be the lifestyle change for me... So far so good! I have a long way to go, I would like to loose 80 - 99 pounds. I am very active and love exercise, food seems to be my downfall right now.

Currently my goals are:

10 - 15 pounds by Christmas.
Drink 8+ cups water per day
Eat 2+ serving of fruit and veggies per day
Go to the gym 3 times a week.

My Program:
Exercise and focusing on food intake. I am trying to stay in my range.
