My own motivation

Wow, it has been a long time since I really felt the motivation and the dedication. I have talked all the talk on here for the past 3 years but continued to gain all of my weight back. I am now the same weight as I was when I first began the spark journey and I've hit rock bottom. I am ready for the sacrifice, I miss the marathon's, the people, and the confidence it gave me. Healthy life I'm on my way. For those of you who know me, I hope you will all join me in eating consciously and reaping ...

My Goals:
My first and formost goal is for my kids and I to stay fit. To be able to enjoy all that life has to offer. My second goal is to complete a walking a full marathon. My third goal is to no longer have any tires around my belly when I where tight fitting clothing.LOL

My Program:
I am following my spark plan as best I can. I walk as often as possible, and I have a strength training routine 3 days a week, and when I'm feeling like myself I try and do as many active things around the house and with my kids as possible. Finding and taking the opportunities to be active is the best way to be happy while getting fit.

Personal Information:
My name is Rachelle Duffin I live in Kelowna, BC.

Other Information:
These are my current hobbies, but I plan to be adding many more that require being outside. I love to scrapbook and I think I'm pretty good at it. I am learning to cook and thouroughly enjoy that also. I love gardning, and teaching my son to read has been the most rewarding experience I've had so far this year.
