My Goals:
I would like to lose 75 pounds by the time I'm 45. I would like to improve my cardio level so I can walk up stairs and hills without being out of breath. I would like to fit in my floral trumpet skirt again.
My Program:
I track my food all day long. I strive to drink 8 glasses of water a day but I struggle with that. I do cardio 5 days a week for 30-50 minutes. I usually swim, walk or do yoga. I try to mix in some strengthen training in the mornings.
Personal Information:
I generally eat healthy but have a big sweet tooth. I don't have good portion control and often eat emotionally. I realized that I don't have very many photos of myself. I avoid having my photo taken because i really don't like how I look. Plus I have two cute nieces who can hog the camera.
Other Information:
I knit, watch television, read -- lots of sedentary activities.
