Dedication.. stupidity.. At times it's hard to make the correct distinction. I blame hitting my head when i first slipped and fell for the fact that I kept going, I really should have turned around right away.

Lol, Lvl 3 of the Shred isn't as terrible as I make it out to be. But it's not a cake walk either. Whatever happens though you feel awesome and ready to conquer the world after each workout (after you've picked yourself up off the floor anyway).

You're far braver than I am taking on the ab thing too. Let me know how it turns out :)
