Things have been crazy busy here but I am getting so very much accomplished and that feels great...however, need to get back on track. It would seem that as soon as I switch my focus even a little that things tend to slide when it comes to nutrition, exercise and sleep!
Wanted to check in and see how things are going for you. For some reason the last couple of weeks I've not been able to stay on track at all. Last week I was on vacation and did ok with cardio and all but this week back to work and I felt like getting out of bed was enough cardio!
I really like the picture of your dog Palmer - he just looks peaceful. How many dogs do you have?
Are you following the Spark Plan Diet or doing something else? I've just been basically trying to cut back. Do better during the week and having some down time on the weekend. I know I need to increase my cardio more.
I do not have a buddy yet and would love to join up with you! Let me know if you're still looking for one. I will be unavailable for a couple of days as my computer likes to shut itself off and I'm finally getting it in for repair. I have an old laptop but it takes it 30 minutes to even come up! So I get frustrated and end up not using it because it's so slow.
