I've been wanting to lose weight for years, the pounds keep creeping up, and although I've made sporadic attempts, I don't think I've really committed.

Hi MsBrown,
I definitely need to get a regime going - in the I was a member of the YMCA ( I went to the one near Northtown) and I know they have Zumba classes (which is a lot of fun).
Where do you live?

Hi! I need to find another girl who wants to get started on 4-5 day a week, hour long, weight loss regime at a nearby gym. Mostly a lot of cardio and a class or two if they're offered. I am really into starting ASAP, I want to join a gym in the next week or so. I recently quit smoking and want to make more...better changes! Why wait until new years??!! (Obviously we'd take time off for christmas, LOL) Anyway, I won't be offended if you are not interested or don't respond, or don't have time. But if you do, that'd be awesome. There are no shortage of gyms in the area! Thanks for reading!
