My Goals:
I would like to lose enough weight so that I can be comfortable in my body again. I have a history of heart disease in my family and I want to be around for a long time. I also have a whole other wardrobe that is just waiting for the thinner me to reappear (I never got rid of the size 10's!)

My Program:
I do 45 min. of cardio every day, and strength training twice a week. I follow the Weight Watchers diet loosely (5 fruits/veg + 2 dairy - keep in the 20-27 points range)

Personal Information:
I live in Milford, CT, work in NYC at a bank, and am active in my Methodist church. I love to read, mostly mysteries, and love to sing.
