Hi, I'm Rachel. I'm doing my best to get down to the weight I was when I started college. I gained weight in college, then I gained more weight when I got married... Near the end of 2008 I was 10 lbs away from my goal weight. Then, I injured my hip, had to stop exercising, and lost my momentum. I gained back all the weight I lost and then some! My Goals:
135 pounds by summer 2009. To be physically fit, healthy, and strong. To be moving towards success in my *other* personal goals.
My Program:
I am doing cardio 5-6 days a week (stationary bike, jogging, exercise DVDs, whatever it takes). I also add strength training in where ever possible. I am trying to eat lower calorie foods and add more fresh fruits & vegs to my diet.
Other Information:
I love reading. I am interested in Sci-Fi and Fantasy. I LOVE superheroes. I'm a comic book junkie.
