This past week I turned thirty and with that daunting age, I brought
with me forty extra pounds! My goal is to take off this extra weight
to get back to the vibrant girl that could take on anything!

In January 2012, I will be returning back to university to continue post graduate studies with a long commute so the next few months with be essential that I get organized and devise a plan to incorporate a healthier lifestyle into my crazy routine.

I'm thirty but I feel too young to have let myself go like this. It is essential that I join Spark People full heartedly this time. I'm ready to do the hard work to get back in shape.

My Goals:
My major goal is to get back down to a healthy weight. I gained over forty-five pounds in the last year, so getting back down to 130 pounds is my ultimate goal by mid summer.

Ideally,

I would like to

hop on my treadmill for 30 minutes at least 5 times a week, and weights 3/4 times a week

Get back to tracking and eating clean and whole foods.

I need to do some dramatic and to get the results I want.

My boyfriend is a vegetarian so I would like to learn more about healthy vegetarian
cooking.


My Program:
I would like to attend bootcamp 3x/week

And do extra cardio on my off days
