Hi, I'm back on the wagon with 130lbs (44% of the current me) to lose! I have been successful with Sparkpeople twice previously but I have let it slip both times. If I were to calculate how much I had lost it would probably be as much as I need to lose now - it's maintenance that's the killer :(

I have reset my goals and basically started from scratch again because when I see the achieved notes it is just depressing!

Consistency is the ambition.

My Goals:
Goal 1: lose weight in first week.

Goal 2: Drink 10 cups of water/herbal tea per day for a week.

Goal 3: Track 10 minutes of exercise per day for a week.



My Program:
Staying with the Spark calorie range. Making minor changes to habits that I can stick to for life.

Personal Information:
Working mum of 2 with a very busy schedule. Born in 1977 so I'm now closer to 40 than 30. Target is to be a Yummy Mummy at 40 - on target at a healthy weight and lifestyle.

Other Information:
I am a complete bookworm and that is probably the core of all my problems! I don't have any energetic hobbies. I have so many books that I have recently bought an Ereader solely to enable me to buy more because I cannot physically fit any more in my house, my husband would kill me if I did!

Hello and welcome to the SP family this is an amazing site and it has a lot to offer....but you have to make the time and put the effort in...you will have to dig deep and often encourage yourself for motivation we can help but in the end it's completely up to you to do this....I don't find the time to exercise I make the time to exercise....you can do this and I'm here to help you all the way to goal....let us help you meet your goal it's going to be hard you will probably cry but don't give up don't quit we got you
