It's not a diet; it's a nutrition plan!

I did great a few years back getting to my pre-pregnancy weight. That was my first time dieting. Well, another bouncing baby boy and now I have some work to do! I know progress will be slow because I can't limit my calories too much but I can certainly monitor my fat and start exercising regularly!
