Mother of three who wants to hold myself accountable of my goals and track the progress I have made in 2011. When I had my third child June 2010 I was 210 pounds at delivery. This is the most weight I have every weighed in my life. This last year has been challenging to lose the weight. I want to get back down to under 150 but every time I get to around 175 I yo-yo! I am ready to end the vicious cycle and accomplish my goals!

Personal Information:
I am a mother of three who is working on losing the weight I gained from my last child. Currently serving with my husband in the Pacific and am surrounded by supportive people who encourage me to complete my goals.

I joined spark people to have friends to not only motivate me but also feel my pain and struggles in the weight loss process.


Other Information:
I love movies and shopping. I have an extensive shoe collection!

Once again we find ourselves enmeshed in the Holiday Season, that very special time of year when we join with our loved ones in sharing centuries-old traditions such as trying to find a parking space at the mall. We traditionally do this in my family by driving around the parking lot until we see a shopper emerge from the mall, then we follow her, in very much the same spirit as the Three Wise Men, who 2,000 years ago followed a star, week after week, until it led them to a parking space.

How long will you be in Korea? I just met a girl through my blog who is also in Korea, but her and her man are teaching English for a year, not military! It's always fun to meet people on this side of the world! Your pictures look awesome! How tall are you? I think our goals are pretty similar, I'm 5'10'' and went from 175-180 to right now I float between 148-152. If I'm doing more weights then I'm around 152 and if I just do more cardio for a few months I'll drop to 148. Have an awesome Thanksgiving today!
