My Goals:
Eat a couple hundred calories below my Fitbit calorie count. Cook and eat fresh and healthy food as often as I can. Keep motivated by listening to Fat2Fit Radio. Be thankful every day for the active life I'm living and all the activities, sports, and exercise classes that I couldn't do six years ago!

My Program:
Right now I'm just trying to decide whether to lose any more weight, or to maintain at the size I am--trying to ignore the media brainwashing, the superfit women at the gym, and decide what is right for me.
