I love rock'n the Spark! ;) I cannot believe I hadn't heard of this spectacular "place" before now! I have found that it motivates me to watch what I'm eating. It also made me realize that I eat when I'm bored...such as when I sit @ my desk @ work...not that I'm bored at work, it's just that it's easy to snack when I'm at my desk for long periods of time. But NO MORE! woohoo!

I am excited for my daughter's wedding [even tho I'll be a huge mess the day of] later this summer & it is an encourager of sorts to get back to my size 10 self! It's been too long, really. I also look forward to having as much energy as my 9 year-old in order to do a LOT more w/her! I re-discovered bike riding last summer w/her & I would like to do more of that THIS summer...especially since I live near one of the most beautiful college campuses in the country! Go Green!

My Goals:
My goal is to get rid of the xtra 50# I've been carrying the last 5 yrs...and 40 of them for more than 9 yrs! It's just TIME! :) Not only do I want to lead a healthier lifestyle, but I want to look spectacular for my daughter's wedding at the end of summer!

My Program:
I attend Spinning class 3x/wk & strength train 3x/week as well. Although I have plans to begin some cardio on the weekends...from pwer-walking/running in the 'hood to THE TRANSFORMER --it's an elliptical in our Fit Ctre which kicks a**! ;)

Personal Information:
Originally grew up in S. Florida, have lived in mid-MI the last 24yrs or so. I do NOT like the cold, but I also didn't want to raise my children in S. FL...so here I am...and I endure. :)

Other Information:
I love my fam...incl my bros & sis-in-laws! We're all so dysfunctional...& I wouldn't have it any other way! Love where I work...the people keep me young & on my toes! Holla! ;)
