Thank you so much for reading and commenting on my latest blog. Yes, you are right. I need to continue with my new healthy lifestyle but I also need to think about another new and big goal. Something to work towards and look forward to achieving!

I hope you have a lovely weekend! emoticon emoticon from Janet

Stopping by to say that I was thinking about you and hoping all is well! Are you enjoying your summer? Anything special happening?

I hope you have a wonderful week!

    Take care of you,

Thanks so much for your comment on my new haircut blog. Yes, the ring! I've been so frustrated with that one - it's taken forever!!! Now, I just have to hope I don't puff up with the heat! It's not hot here though so maybe I'll be fine.

Ummm - your photo. RIchard Armitage? That's who popped into my mind when I saw it. What a hunk!

I see you're a librarian? I'm a teacher/librarian in an elementary school. Love books (obviously), love Dr. Who... my goodness! We have a lot in common!

Thank you for reading my blog on "Finally".
When I got so obese and crippled I never though i could do what I am able to do today. As you might see I am discovering every week just what I can do. I like to challenge myself. Never too old for that.
So I guess it will be back bends I work on next. Smile!!
If you can and it doesn't cause you pain, try to do all you can.
It take a while to stretch those muscles and the more you do the more flexible you get. And the less pain you feel.
At least that's what I have found out.
    Take care, stay positive.
