A Season of Changes
There is a saying there is a time and season for everything we do. I am a firm believer in that. My weight has gone up and down these past few years due to medication I was taking. I have always been on diets and always worked out but the weight was always an issue. About six months ago eliminated certain food from my diet because of my allergies since doing and also cooking almost everything from scratch. I have lost ten pounds so far and want to keep going.
