My Goals:
I would like to reach a goal weight of 140-150 pounds. I have been chosen as a maid of honor in my BF wedding in SEPT 2010 and I refuse to walk done the aisle in Bright Canary Yellow at a round and plump 189.

My Program:
I am trying to stick to a 1500 cal/day weightloss regime that is being tracked electronically by My BodyBugg. My goal is to burn 2500 cal/day leaving me with a deficit of 1000 cal a day as a goal.

Other Information:
I am currently Using the bodybugg program as seen on the Biggest Loser. I will be uploading progress and reveiws of the BB as well.

I WENT TO TG PARK TODAY AND WALK/JOGGED 3 MILES. IT FELT PRETTY GOOD AND IT WASN'T TOO HOT THOUGH II WAS SWEATING TO NO END. MY IPOD DIED ON ME 5 MINUTES INTO THE JOG SO I WAS PISSED THE REST OF THE WAY AROUND.

I CAM HOME AND IMMEDIATELY COOKED LUNCH AND DINNER FOR MYSELF WHICH CONSISTED OF:

5 OZ. AHI TUNA STEAK
1/4 CUP CUCUMBERS
1/4 CUP SQUASH
1/4 CUP MULTI COLORED PEPPER
1/2 BROWN RICE

ALL CAME TO 387 CALORIES AFTE BEING STIR FRIED IN WOK W/ EVOO. DELICIOUS AND FILLING!

The Brazillian Body workout really was intense yet a satifying workout. It targeted the entire body and really produced a sweat. Per my Bodybugg readout I burned and average of 7.5 calories per minute ending at 350 in 45 minutes by cool down. Thats more than what I get on the treadmill! Great Workout! I look foward to doing it again. emoticon
