I WENT TO TG PARK TODAY AND WALK/JOGGED 3 MILES. IT FELT PRETTY GOOD AND IT WASN'T TOO HOT THOUGH II WAS SWEATING TO NO END. MY IPOD DIED ON ME 5 MINUTES INTO THE JOG SO I WAS PISSED THE REST OF THE WAY AROUND.

The Brazillian Body workout really was intense yet a satifying workout. It targeted the entire body and really produced a sweat. Per my Bodybugg readout I burned and average of 7.5 calories per minute ending at 350 in 45 minutes by cool down. Thats more than what I get on the treadmill! Great Workout!
