thanks for your comment on my blog about July goals.. your comment made my chuckle because my first thought was "if my doctor was ever pleased in his life, he has yet to show it" ... he's one Grumpy Greg (lol yep that is what we call him ).. have you ever watched the show Myth Busters? my doctor looks and talks almost exactly like the host with the walrus mustache.. haha.. though one difference.. I agree with you about he calories being what counts. It all goes back to calories in versus calories out. It seems people are always looking for that magic formula that will make losing weight easy but there just is no such thing. It's pretty simple. Move more, eat less. Thanks for commenting!
