Thanks for your info on calcium. I think I actually knew that about the meds and although I've been on prednisone, I'm not on it currently. I'm actually usually below my calcium range so then I eat a supplement and go over so I don't know which is better. I'll have to do some more research.

Hi Lucy!Thanks for stopping by! I take Nasonex for my allergies but go off it as soon as I can because I don't like what it does to the lining of the nose. Guess I shouldn't have as molds are high (I didn't know this) Claritin doesn't do anything for me, but chlortripilon does, but it makes me too drowsy to function when I am already in a sleep deprived state. Thanks for the nap tip, as I have been an insomniac for so many years I can't remember when it started, I don't even own an alarm clock lol!! Good luck with that wii fit! My workouts are low tech all the way. I would probably mess up someting high tech as I have trouble just setting my watch!
