Wake up Call

So i decided to go down memory lane the other day and went through old pictures. And i saw pics of me at 16 and then it hit me. Woah i have gained alot of weight. When i was 16 i would complain about my weight and even cry about it. Boy i wish i could jump in that time machine. So now I am going to finally get off the couch and do something. Its going to be hard but I cant let my health go down. Besides what 20 year old girl doesnt wanna look good.

My Goals:
to go from a size 18 to a 5.
for now just to loose the right amount of weight each month the healthy way.
One goal that is most important is to stay healthy. My mother passed away when i was 12 because she didnt take care of herself. I have a 1 year old daughter and i wanna see her grow up and be there for evverrything.

My Program:
 So far I am working out everyday whether its house work or my hip hop abs. I am sticking with the food plan the site is offering me and I am watchig what i eat.

posseing through on my camel named clde with claire trailing behind bringing you posse blessings and peace for the day as one who fell off the wagon not once but many times in the weight loss game (378-105) and maintaining now for 18 months the deal is to get back up on the wagon (i believe susanlynn armoralled those things this weekend) you can do it just keep on going hugs mary emoticon

I agree with susanllynn that you are a lovely gal. The best we can is good enough so if someone says that it isn`t , who cares what they think ? Can you just imagine what they are like to live with. ugg I don`t what to live with them lol. Take care sweetie SMILE :o)
