I had my days where I wanted to and sometimes did eat that cupcake or brownie, trust me. But it all boils back down to are you giving up or are you going to keep going? Me? I am no quitter, so I kept going and I still am :)

My Goals:
My goals are to obtain a healthy lifestyle. Through commitment and determination I know that I will be able to achieve what I want :)

My Program:
I am alternating upper and lower body workouts 2x each a week(total of 4 days). I do cardio 5x a week 2x is HIIT and the other 3 is reg cardio for 60 mins. With this program I m looking to drop extra fat while gaining muscle. I am currently on a lower carb eating cycle with higher proteins with 1 re-feed and 1 cheat meal per week. This should boost my weight loss goals, this is by no means a diet I will stay on for the whole time. I will be on this for about 4 weeks and then back to a regular diet/cal intake.

Personal Information:
I am from Jacksonville, FL where I have lived for most of my life. I have moved away a few times but keep coming back. Hopefully we will be PCSing in dec14 to somewhere awesome. I am currently a certified personal trainer and working on a certification in nutrition. All while working on my own journey!

Other Information:
My favorite movies - twilight (I know what youre thinking and yes her acting is bad but I love them)
Fav book- Vampire Academy

That'll be great! Start going to the roller rink now and get your feet under you so you have a good feel for things. You don't have to do anything crazy, just get comfortable on your skates. And build some endurance! :)
