* Being treated for depression, anemia, acid reflux, & an under-active thyroid

* Once-divorced, now with long-term/live-in boyfriend

* Two kids, one grown and the other is just finishing high school. I'm a grand-mother, too. Plus I have a couple of kitties...can't forget them!

Starting small is what this journey is all about every little change that you make WILL make a difference. Along with having the personal will to change your outlook and remain positive. Jillian is definitely a great motivator. I love how she pushes everyone to challenge themselves and to never stop fighting. As she says, you are stronger than you think.

It reminds me of another quote, (paraphrasing here), we are not afraid of being powerless, but of being powerful beyond measure. Keep up the good fight!

I do love Jillian! I have three of her workout videos and have gotten good results with them. I will let you know about the cookbook.
