Ready 2 be the more healthy me
Im here to become more healthy... Im in the massage therapy profession and health plays an important roal in my work... I know that losing the weight by practicing more healthy habbits is an awesome side bennefit... I've never really viewed myself as acessively overweight... probally because I've been bigger all my life... I like being curvacious... I call my body type a "two hour glass figure" and I embrassed that a long time ago... I still feel sexy naked infront of the mirror :) I love ...

I think what I really want to accomplish here is just more self controll and a healthy lifestyle...
I got a new set of goals starting now 10/18/08.... Everything in my life has involuntarily changed within the last month that I figure now is the time to start making voluntary changes and really start taking control of my life... of this body, mind, and spirit... so here are a list of goals that Im putting into motion... Im gonna start with daily ones and move on to longer term ones...
** Start getting up at an earlier time of 7:30**
** Eat a healthy breakfast, (something i never do) a peice of fruit, or omlet, oatmeal... **
** Take 10 mins and meditate in the morning, set my mind and spirit for the new day**
** AM workout arms and abs for 1/2 hour (toning excercises)**
** Eat Healthy lunch salad and chicken... fruits, vegetables**
** Drink 4-5 24oz bottles of water throughout the day**
** eat a peice of fruit, vegetable, nuts, something for snack**
** take time out to read/ reasearch something im into... or do something creative...**
** Start sharpening memory skills... memorize paragraphs in self help books or something of that nature"
** Eat dinner at a reasonable time... sometime before 7:30**
** Practice belly dancing at some point throughout the day**
** Go for my nightly 2mile walk over bridge... 1 mile over 1 back**
** Start going to bed before midnight, so i can get up earier**
** Lose 10 to 20 pounds each month, that will put me where i wanna be at the moment by Feb.. **
** Dont allow myself to go crazy through the holidays... STAY THE COURSE and only splurge on the holidays for the most part**
** February is when we have this huge Belly Dancing production... I wanna be in shape to the best of my abilities by then, looking to lose at least 50 pounds... I will continue to lose after that cuz i still wont be at my goal weight but thats my first milestone!**
** Each month I want to recite all the things I've memorized throughout that month... i feel like as i get older im digressing instead of progressing.... i used to be in drama and things like that, so we had to know pages of lines... if u dont use it, u lose it**
** each month I want to have a specific artistic accomplishment**
