ONE DAY AT A TIME...FOR ME! I am not getting all crazy with this. This will be slow and gradual. I am focused on my body and my needs - physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally. I am extremely critical of myself - so I am trying this with baby steps - little achievements at time.
I am focusing on ME - starting with ME time everyday - to STOP and plan the day. For this month I want to really look at how much and what I eat - I am a carb-o-holic.

Good afternoon I was at almost 200 lbs worked my but off got to 150 and now back up to 170 scare the scale will keep creating up could use someone to talk to....just a friend in general
