Hello,
Welcome to my first try at a blog and Spark People. My lovely wife Sandra(SSDCQUINCY) has been a member here for a while so I thought I do someting to my site.
First let me say my name is Ken and I live in Massachusetts with my family. The family consists of Sandra (wife), Kenny (first born) and Abigail (the princess).

First let me say my name is Ken and I live in Massachusetts with my family. The family consists of Sandra (wife), Kenny (first born) and Abigail (the princess).
I started getting into good shape back in April, but when summer came the gym was to far to go( sounds logical). I play soccer sunday night with a bunch on kids(20 somethings) and want to be able to keep up with them. I also hope to make on over 40 soccer team next summer, so when tryouts come I want to be in great shape.

My program is actually that, mine....
I am going to go to the gym atleast 3 times a week. While at gym I do 30 min on stationary bike, 30-45min weight training on the nautlis equipment
Other days I will be on the Wii
