You can do this! To maintain, exercise daily 30 - 60 mins. And only increase ur calories based on what u need to maintain...

There is no mention of quilting on your sparkpage, but I couldn't help but notice your moniker! If you are interested, there are several teams of quilters here on SP...I belong to Quilting Fans (i think that is the name of it emoticon )
